I utilized my internet banking to transfer airtime to a phone number. Unfortunately I typed one number incorrectly and the airtime was sent to the wrong cell phone number. I realize I made a mistake - I am only human. HOWEVER, how can the bank I trust my money with not have any kind of system in place to reverse faulty transactions of this nature??? I have just been informed that my money is not recoverable, lost, gone. Standard Bank should NOT OFFER services if they cannot protect the customer against errors.
