Still NO Feedback

Complaint logged on the 08/07/2013 @ 15:58 and still no feedback, no one has contacted me. This has been my complaint for close to 10years now.
Please note that i had/have a Std Bnk Blue Bean CC. Many years ago (7) i reported on my caredit card and stopped paying the card, in 2010 the Account was handed over to DMC, THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE WENT FROM R14000.00 TO R22400.00 i have not used that card in years to this day the 08/07/2013 nothing has every been done, i have report called sent docs and still nothing. I mean does it take 10years to resolve a Query? I now am unable to do anything Financially as i have been listed on ITC. i DID NOT EVER SIGN AND DOCUMENTS WITH A Tracing Agent AS per DMC System notes, no-one between STD Bank and DMC has ever contacted me it is olmost 10years should this account not have been closed by now? after the 5 year no contact period? I am Mad as . i called the following numbers 0860123002, 0861201000, 0800222051, 0112274905, 0861101729, fax number 010 2022001 and still no one can HELP. Some one please HELP ME I AM DESPERATE AND REFUSE TO GIVE ANY FUTHER DOCUMENTS TO STD BANK OR DMC. I am Disgusted at this horrible service.
