I have on numerous occasions tried making contact with Standard Bank regarding my arrears on my accounts due to unemployment. I was then informed after emails and phone calls that my account had been handed over. I then after over a week of trying to get in contact with the attorneys, eventually got hold of them. Well, i am so disgusted firsty how i was spoken to and second of all that they refuse what i can pay and threaten me with judgements. Standard Bank, you should be lucky that i am one of the people that are trying to pay you back and yet the money i can afford to pay you is not good enough!!!??? I am shocked and disgusted at how you are so quick to want to get judgements but please feel free to go back to your recorded calls, secure messages and emails and see just how many times i have tried to get this sorted with you guys!
