I am absolutely shocked and appalled that a large bank like yourselves can roll out a new website like a new flavoured toothpaste, without properly testing it. It gives various errors which could have been fixed before unsettling your customers with it. Your turnaround time is 48 hours and my house payment needs to go off in 1 day??? What was wrong with the previous webpage?? The font???
No man, you are a bunch of imbeciles. Our IT dept launched a branch new (self-written) production program with less technical errors that you have - call my company if you need help. Sort yourselves out we can't struggle like this. Not even the alternative webpage is allowing us to set up scheduled payments. Very annoyed but most of all SHOCKED at your incompetence. I expected so much more from FNB.
