Why change the webpage

I cannot believe that FNB changed their webpage when it worked perfectly! It is extremely user unfriendly and I am seriously thinking of changing my bank due to this I am hoping that enough people will complain so that they can change it back to the way it was! I now have to go into my branch (another nightmare to get service at Northgate) and have someone sit with me and explain the whole new system. WE DO NOT LIKE CHANGE. THANK YOU.
