Dear transunion

I think you are beyond pathetic.

I have done an ITC check and there are major erros on there, knows how YOU are in charge of checking people's credit record.

I have tried to log a dispute since Friday on your 0861 886 466 number and have a call record of 14 calls, attempting to reach an operator. EVERY TIME the call drops when I select the option to be helped in English.

Please urgently phone me back or email me, this has to be sorted TODAY!!!
