I tried for over 2 hours to speak to a sales consultant at the Queensburgh branch in Durban. After speaking/ listening to umpteen machines and speaking to useless individuals, I still do not have the assistance I have been looking for. I have been a client of Standard Bank for over a decade and always conducted my account well, now when I try to seek assistance telephonically I have been totally unsuccessful.
Moving Forward, one thinks not, this is archaic behavior.
I now have to go into the branch tomorrow (Saturday) to insist on speaking to a human being that has some sort of intellect.
