I was involved in a motor car accident with one of their clients and i have a third party claim pending against them. at first they failed to meet the 5 day assessment period and now they failed to conform to their rules of paying within 15 working days after the correct documentation was submitted. i am very unhappy with the lack of their assistance in the matter when contacting them they give excuse after excuse on why i have not received my settlement. after all its their rules that state it will be settled and visible in my bank account after 15 working days.
