Still incorrect details

I was with Bayport financial institution. They handed me over to a debt collection party. I want to know the name and banking details of that party. They continuously give me their own banking details. How on earth is this going to even be possible because then the debt collection party is going to think that im not paying. Someone from bayport just called me and said that i need to pay my instalment of R1000. Are you guys even listening to me? Ive been involved in a serious issue! I can only afford R100 a month!
