Pathetic service

I applied for further loan on my bond 1 week ago. consultant incorrectly captures employment status as 'self employed'. I insist that I am not self employed but employed although I am a shareholder of company. They insist that I must produce company financials, company banking statements, company managed accounts. I go through the effort of complying only to be told that application closed and I must reapply. What incompetent, pathetic, unprofessional service?!! I have been with SBSA for 18 years and will move ALL my accounts if not this pplication is not fixed!!!
