My husband has sent a claim last week Tuesday already, no one has called back, all we here is I'll get back to you but nothing happens, my husband had to call the insurance company almost everyday and today, I had to also call now as he is still waiting for a reply, this is pathetic!!! we pay every month on time why should we wait like this???
