I called in to request for a change on my debit order date to be moved to the first. Having explained to Miguel my request and how the procedures doesn't allow everything to be moved to the first due to the pro rata policy, Miguel went on an extra mile in ensuring that I got the best service by negotiating on my behalf to his Manager.

Big ups! to Miguel for responding on time and doing his best that my request was approved.
