I only had problems with Nedbank when i tried closing my account, I tried closing it at Parow branch only to find out this was never done when closing my internet banking with Tygervalley. I am shocked with their service. Parow branch also assured me that they will close my overdraft facility with nedlife and I am also not sure if this was done. I had to pay in money and Tygerberg when noticing that my savings and current account was not closed. Parow gave my money back when they"closed" my account. This is shocking service. I need somebody to get back to me regarding the above to confirm whither this was done, i have lost all trust in Nedbank.
