Round about March i bought an Iphone 5 from FNB, i was asked if i wanted insurance and i agreed to the terms with some lady... a week or two later i was mugged and reported the matter to FNB. all over sudden no one is willing to help me but rather i have to pay for the phone i dont have. to make matters worse i went into Cresta FNB and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Thamie, who had the nerve to tell me that he's also paying for a car he doesnt have. I am very disappoint with FNB as i have always regarded them as the best bank to work with, to a point where my whole family and my friends are with them because of my compliments to them. Your motto is FNB HOW CAN WE HELP YOU... Well see how you can help me with this!!!
