First National Bank
No suport to rectify transfere

I recently purchased something from bidorbuy.
I found out a week later the item i ordered was a.

Now i try to get hold of fnb to get a solution and get no help.
Iv spoken to 7 different people and everytime i get "transfered to anither departmwnt"

Surely a bank should be more helpfull in this regard.
I can only hope someone gets back to me soon to get me my money back.
