After logging an enquiry via their website relating to a dispute, I received a call from an agent during which he would listen to an earlier phone call of mine to verify and confirm what said. This was approximately 10 days ago and still NO feedback has been received. Discovery Life, Invest as Well as Medical Aid are all SUPER quick in debiting our accounts and taking our money but when it comes to payments (of ANY nature) or enquiries etc their response is abhorrant. Next thing to cancel is Medical AID.!!!
