I have NEVER experienced such bad service as I have received from Budget Insurance in the past 6 weeks.
Consultants are incompetent, lazy and not interested in assisting and managers make no effort to resolve the issues.
My vehicle of course is still not repaired and it is impossible to get hold of anyone who is willing and able to assist.
