Paying for statements

Im extremely anoid with FNB. They promise all these wonderfull things like low pricing etc but when I contacted FNB to change sending my statemnets from e-mail to my postal adress, they said that they will charge me R10 ekstra per month. There was never ever any mention from FNB that they would charge me to post statements when they opened my new account.

ABSA never charged me for posting my statements. Get with the program FNB- come on!
