"OUTsurance" vs Buget

OUTrageous, would be a better name for the Company, there marketing are in a class of their own versus their service deliverance, once you are a customer your needs does not apply! After Spoken to 3x different consultants about double insurance and needed refunds since May 2013, I send my budget schedule to "OUTrageous" and visa-verse. After 4 days I received refund and various emails/sms form Budget but communication nor refund from "OUTrageous", I spoke to Kavitesh on Friday and he promised me that he will get back to me in 10 min, that was on the 12 July at 11:00, not sure how long 10 min is? but still no call back from him...

My question is would you consider giving "OUTrageous" a 3rd or 4th chance or rather move all you goods over to Budget who already on their 1st attempt gave you fantastic service?

I phoned again 16 July 2013 at 11:00, and spoke to a very helpful lady called Candy Leyds but now the question is are the Standard at "OUTrageous" only to individuals or as a whole because the refund is maybe due on the 26 July? but no written proof as yet versus the communication I had received from budget in their quick painless response!

Used to be a fan of "OUTrageous"
