TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION

I DECIDED TO CHANGE MY CAR INSURANCE AS I WAS PAYING WAY TO MUCH, SO I CALLED BUDGET AND SPOKE TO JOYCE SHE DID THE QUOTE WITH ME AND SAID THAT I WOULD NOT PAY THE ADMIN FEE OF R315.00, SO I CALLED BUDGET BACK ON THE 10.09.2013 AND SPOKE TO SIZWE LUVUNO WHO SAID THAT UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO PAY THE ONCE OF ADMIN FEE OF R315 BECAUSE JOYCE DID NOT PUT A NOTE ON THE SYSTEM, NOW WHY MUST I PAY FOR THE ADMIN FEE ALL YOUR CALLS ARE RECORDED. BEFORE I CAN EVEN GET INSURED WITH BUDGET THERE IS ALREADY BAD MISCOMMUNICATION, MAYBE I SHOULD JUST STICK TO MY CURRENT INSURANCE, I WANT SOME ONE TO CONTACT ME ASAP AS I AM REAALY UPSET BY THIS.
