I have taken life cover with covision, with promise of 15% premiums back after 36 months, but then in April 2012 I resigned meaning I only got paid end of that month, usually they debitted my account on 20th 0r 23rd, then I tried so much to get hold of covision to tell them to move date of debit to end of April, with no luck since well everybody knows that there were no contacts details on their webside and we were not even aware that they now are administered by Hollard, now I am struggling to get feedback with my claim that I submitted, my mails are being read but no response.
