So... I was about to change my car insurance as I had received a cheaper quote when Lemmy stepped in and saved the day. He went through all my policy details with me and promised to match the new quotation I was given, to be honest I didn't think he could do it as he needed to speak to his manager etc. and within 2 days possibly less he had sorted everything out and resent my policy documents with the new premium and all the information I needed, hassle free, I didn't have to chase him nada, it was the most amazing service I had received in a very long time.
