After waiting 3 weeks for authorization for my car to be moved from the yard to a panel beater!!! The call centre is beyond useless. You call and you can never get hold of anyone. They say that someone will call u back. I've waited from as little as 3 hours for a call back to as much as 24 hrs. Honestly the most useless insurance I've ever dealt with
