The new online banking experience is REALLY rotten

I have been an FNB client for many years and am in IT myself so understand the process in releasing new applications. The QA process at FNB clearly leaves a lot to be desired. I just cannot do simple things like downloading my tax form or querying on a selected date range of transactions against my mortgage account and downloading them. Very poor software development, and testing. The look and feel is neither intuitive nor user friendly.
