When I called the call centre about my delayed claim, I expected to receive the usual response that we receive from the majority of call centres in South Africa..."defence, defence, defence", but Grace was so understanding of my situation and offered to have my query resolved while I was waiting. She put me through to Maureen, who also took off from where Grace had ended, delivering super service. Maureen explained to me what had caused the delay and apologised. She then finalized my claim while I was waiting on a call. She also offered to send me proof of payment the next day, which she did.
These ladies are the cause for my stay at Outsurance. Well done Outsurance for not only employing such helpful staff, but for also giving them proper training to enable them to respect your clients' concerns and be able to deal with them efficiently. Keep Up the Good Work!
