Such bad bad bad bad service and website

I made call to fnb call center to find out why i have not been able to reset my password the last 4 days. The call desk eventually picked up and they lady on the other side kept on singing and make funny noises in the phone. She was chatting to her colleagues and refused to listen to me at all. After 5 minutes of this I put the phone down. This was done at 4:22pm. Most unprofessional behavious and frustrating whicjh is wjy now i may need to encourage all i know to rather move to capitec cause my understnading is that their service is actually working. Needless to say, fnb website does still not work in resetting passwords and no one at a call center can help either.
