Unfair treatment

I refer to my previous complaint against Standardbank regarding the penalty fee that was
charged on the cancellation of my bond after I received a cash offer. The bank was exteremely slow in responding. I also received notification that the fee will not be waived. I am referring this matter to the banking ombud now. I feel that with the current FAIS legislation regarding treating customers fairly this treatment is in no way fair.
