I am currently unemployed except for a part-time job, earning the same amount as my bond repayment. I have subdivided my property and just awaiting for transfer and receive monies.
S.A. Homeloans has a letter from my attorney to confirm this.
They phoned me yesterday and said I have been handed over to the legal department. And if I do not pay the arrears amount (which is much more than my salary) they are going to start foreclosure proceedings.
I pay as much as I can every month to them. And I have been with them for over 12 years.
