I was actually calling in to cancel my policy, but after speaking to Kholeka and Kgothatso I've decided to stay on. They gave me invaluable advice making me see that I was about to make a mistake by going with another insurer. I'm happy that I've chosen an insurer who displays genuine concern the way they did. I'm happy I'm staying in the end I got MYway. :)
