Had an accident, I'm 3rd party, so not important

I had an accident on the 9th of June involving a client of budget insurance, I was completely innocent standing still at a robot when she hit me, since then I've phoned them almost everyday, my car was fetched 1st July and is parked now at a stockyard I've had absolute no response whatsoever from telesure unless I phoned them, I had to send my documents through 3times due to apparent failure to receiving the documents, now its been a whole week waiting for the "manager"to calculate something (trying to get hold of her doesn't work either)... and in the meantime I'm stuck without transport to get to work and back, Onnicca was suppose to phone me during the course of today to which I had to phone them twice and still waiting
