I called on 3 different times asking for 1 of Clientele's staff members to call me re my policy, after being told that call turn around time is 24hrs I waited for 4 days b4 calling again on the 3 separate occasions & STILL to this day nobody has called... But just SMS yr name & number as a potential new client & I'll guarantee that they'll call within the day... & then when u do struggle thru the motions if getting to speak to 1 of them u have to listen to the stories of Desmond Dube about the " Great Service" they offer u... WHAT GREAT SERVICE?.. U guys don't even have the courtesy to return a call...
