I have been emailing Liberty life for the past 2 weeks for a IRP5/IT3A, yesterday I emailed them again asking for my IRP5/IT3A, I still get the same response from them - we will attend to the query in 5 days, or something like that
I cannot log on or even register online to get my IRP5/IT3A because I am no longer a member - I received my provident in 2012 July/Aug
Why is it always such mission to get some type of response from them???
