Completely unacceptable service

We have a third party approach dating back to June 2012. The file has been sitting with management for 3 months now waiting to be authorised. Staff and management do not return emails or messages. Today when I tried to contact them they cut me off 5 times. Will you only be happy when summons is issued on your client?
