NETNOCLEAR DEBIT ORDER

I am very dissapointed about FNB services, when you come with the problem they don't solve it but they try by all means to run away from it. i phone FNB with the debit order from my account which i don't know about it and they checked for me, and i was told that NETNOCLEAR is deducting the money. i told them that is hence there is no agreement between me and NETNOCLEAR but FNB said they can't help, the only thing they can do is to put a stop dedduction on my account. this clearly proves that my money is not safe with FNB as they cannot be accountable for the money that is been deducted illegally from my account. also i requested them to provide me with NETNOCLEAR profile which they also failed. also the contact details that they provided to me they don't exist. they made it clear that FNB have a right to give anyone my money without even able to trace it. i'm hold liable for the money that was taken from my account illegally which i didn't have a control over it only the bank that had control and were in a position to verify the company details. FNB is aware of this company hence it happened to other FNB clients and they have done nothing about it. SA note that FNB is not goo
