LACK OF SERVICE!!!

I was referred to Legal and Tax as they were "apparently" prompt with responses but what a disappoinment. i have been a member for almost 2 yrs now and i needed their assistance earlier this yr with regards to my SARS and i have not heard from my consultant THEMBUKAZI MGANU since 10.06.2013 with regards to my query. She doesnt reply to my emails or return my calls and because of this im unable to submit my tax right now till my query is resolved... how disappointing and a waste of my monthly payments,!
