I was contacted by the Nimble group and the contact person was Shirley. She informed me that i have a very old Std Bank account that needs to be paid, i told her that this account is very old and that it is prescribed.
She very arrogantly told me that it is not and that i do not know about the act. I told her to please email all info she has on the account and that i will follow up (show her that it is prescribed). No email received thus far.
This account was removed from my Transunion record automatically after 5 years and approximately 2-3weeks later a payment record was put in place showing that i have not paid for a period of approx 300 odd days.
Please can you have this infomation ammended and transunion informed. This is totally unacceptable from the agent that called me.
If i donot receive any feed back, i will be forced to inform the Ombudsman.
