My husband, 3 kiddies and myself were recently down in Ballito Bay! Our first family holiday since my husband and I met 8.5 years ago! (More of a holiday for the kiddies and I, my hubby worked more than anything else!) We had a personal problem where some fool from standard bank put a block on my hubby's fnb account with the cause of payment from a client of my husband's! This information was false and in a couple of hours, Marilyn and Vinnie had managed to undo the impossible. After spending most of their time talking to one person after the next, explaining the whole mess to a new person each time, they managed to assist us and keep their word! I so wish that we could have such helpful fnb staff like them in Johannesburg. Thanks to the friendly team in Ballito with super powers and actual customer satisfaction at heart, we have new found faith in fnb again! Thanks again for your fantastic assistance. If it weren't for your persistence, we wouldn't have eaten that day and would probably still be in Ballito-not that we would mind at all with such friendly people there.
