I was on debt review up untill a month ago when i decided to cancel my debt review. i went to finance a car and was told standard bank listed me as "default" even though i was paying every month. when i called standardbank, over and above holding for an half an hour, the consultants were so rude. i first spoke to an Abdul at legal he was unwilling to help and then to Matilda Nkambule who told me to go to the ombudsman and complain, because she and Abdul were adamant that i didnt stick to my side if the deal. when i spoke to Sam Aksteen from debt review he said i was paying the agreed amount and there is no reason for listing me. now StandardBank, why am i suffering for your departments and systems that dont talk to each other. i want this thing sorted out now and my name removed from itc.
