Your card division requested two sales slips from me: Ref 2267283 for R200 and Ref 2267282 for R400. I provided the proof and at the same time explained that if the customer uses a debit card and has to log in a pin before the transaction is approved then no request for a sales slip should be necessary as the transaction can only be approved by the client. I requested an explanation from ABSA. Guess what? Matter ignored! Funny thing is I have 7 days to provide a sales slip or else, but ABSA can ignor me as they please. Get your act together ABSA! I would like to know why I had to provide this proof? I'm doing business with you or am I not??? Just another comment: I did follow your channels as you have requested me to do. These channels are worthless! I can send you the emails if you wish.
