I am in the process of buying my first home with my wife, and I was told that I am on ITC. Now I am faced with not being able to go through with the purchase, not knowing who put me on ITC, or why, and now to add insult to injury, I cant even update my details because the system claims that my cell phone is not mine. Credit in this country is a JOKE! No wonder why SA will ALWAYS remain a 3rd world country, with citizens fleeing to get away from the poor service delivery, and sheer "Do not care" attitude.
Surely there should be better channels in place for the consumer. Or is this only in countries where ex-South Africans are relocating to?
