Dealing with Momentum through my brokers office (10years) they require a copy of my ID, signed 3x and certified by a commisioner of oaths - this is required for them to change my debit order date?!
They changed my married name, beneficiaries, premium, bank etc. without any certified documents (in the past 6 months) and now that I want to change a debit order date, that is required. I have been married 2 years, and now sign my married name. Surely that would explain the new signature?
