I have accepted the conditions of a short term temporary loan that was payable on the 25th June, I changed bank accounts and therefore made an EFT payment on the 24th June to honour my obligation. Due to the fact that proof of payment was not sent, the account has now been allocated on the 4th July, reflecting a late payment and rendering me now a bad payer. I am unable to borrow a further short term loan through Boodle.
Is this my fault that payment was made on time but not allocated, surely the issue at hand should be whether payment is made or not and not whetehr proof is sent???
