Frustrated club, due to no service

We have been with Old mutual as a group since Aug 2011, since then we've had issues with forms getting lost and inaccurate information on member policies, at first the blame was put on the lady handling our account. She's been fired from her job last year, but her name still apears on our correspondance from OM. Further more, the problems are piling up, one of our memebers has been removed from our potfolio withoit us knowing, what's going to happen should he pass away??? We are fed up with old mutual and would not even recomend their services even if they were donated.

All this keep happening even after we took our time to visit their offices, if thats how these people treat their loyal paying customers, I dread to think how they treat those that are struggling to make thier monthly premiums.

As for me, I'm telling anyone who will listen about my ordeal with this institution. No other organisation must go through what we are currently going through.
