On the 18 March 2013 I have cancelled my policy with one of your consultants Ntomizethu and said there is a 30 day notice and from there this will be cancelled, there was no communication that I should pay in a fee of R1297.83.
Ntomizethu received a mail on the 27 of March 2013 you can't cancel the account and no communication for the consultants.
Due to your incompetence and negligence I now still have to pay for a service I no longer use, not only is it not beneficial to me to have this, and pay for this I have on countless occasions attempted to change my e-mail address.

I will be making a formal complaint to the consumer protection act, and hello peter, I will do what it takes. But I refuse based off of the above where I had no feedback regarding this matter to continue paying for this service.
