Utterly disappointed by African Bank, glad I will not have to deal with the again. Their consultant called to advise how much is needed to be paid to settle the load furniture account I took with them. All amount was paid, I called later to request an update on ITC only to be told that there's 75.54c owing. Spent about 40 minutes on the phone (nevermind that I called them) with Lorraine (quite helpful one has to admit). I thought NCR has made it clear to service providers that hidden cost are the thing of the past - I careless about the 75 rand I had to pay (paid it already by the way) but I am shocked their still service providers who still conduct business in such an appalling manner. Good riddance to bad rubbish - don't need to deal with ABIL anymore
