4 Months to resolve an Insurance claim

During February of this year we suffered a House Break-in. To-date Alexander Forbes has still not resolved this matter, and are lax in responding to inquiries about status of this claim.
There seems to be no accountability and a lack of consumer orientation in this business, and they have no regard for the claimant's situation.

Pathetic to say the least!
