After being a loyal client to nedbanl for over 6 years I can't believe the bad service I got today.
My car insurance is supposed to debit on the 30-06 and as usual, it never ran that day but on the 2nd.
I drew money out of my account only to see that I took to much as my insurrance still needs 2 go off.
I was R20 short, the bank is closed.
I in vain tried to transfer from my credit card that night and morning only to get an error. So I called the bank.
And begged, my friend was nedbank and transfered the next morning R100 in my acc, so I begged nedbank to honour my debt, my inusrance.
We all know that can't be paid in cash.
I begged the consulatant and the team leader and nooone would honour a R20 because of the type of acc I have, even though R100 was paid in the account.
Its obvious nedbank only cares about the fees they can charge someone and totally forgot about client service.
I mean it was a R20 thanks a lot Nedbank.
