The Citi Golf on the policy was fixed up after a fender bender. The option to use own car in stead of taking a rental car was taken, and R100 per day was supposed to be paid to me. I am still waiting for it. I have emails where it stated that it was refunded, but it has not. I have phoned several times. Promises was made to follow up why I've not received the payment, but no comebacks. I've emailed. I have not had a single response.
