I called in on friday to cancel a claim and get my car towed back, i was told i will have my car back by saturday morning at 10 it's monday and i still dont have my car and no one can really assist me and tell me why it has not be towed back. been calling the whole morning and i'm being sent from pillar to post and when i leave messages, no one calls me back to assist me... this insurance is really, they are fast to let you know when you have missed a payment but they are slow to assist when you have a problem
