I was in an accident last week Friday, which i reported and was told to call back on Saturday morning to re-report the accident with my broker. I was put through to the claims department and filed for a claim with them telephonically. The car was then towed on Saturday after filling the claim. Since then i have not received any feedback concerning the car nor my claim, i keep calling a number i was given should i have any queries and all i get is a phone that rings and rings until it stops. At the moment i don't even know what is going on with my car nor my claim. This is trully frustrating. To make matters worse i still have not received the money for car hire and am now using public transport and when i call my broker Im taken from pillar to post.
